Levi has started pulling on his toes. They're his favorite toy. Oh, and that scream he discovered a few weeks back? Now it's full-fledged yelling. He's smiling while he does this, by the way. (It drives Levi nuts but secretly I love it.)
I fed green beans to the boys for the first time and, although the initial bite illicits a disapproving face, they devour the rest of the bowl. This had become the standard. We tried sweet peas next and I got the same response. They love squash and sweet potatoes.
The boys have been loving lying our bed and watching the ceiling fan. It's just one more station to appease them while I run and get things accomplished. I love this for them, and they spend a fair amount of their time staring at each other and reaching for each other.
Saturday, May 22 the boys turned 6 months, and EVERETT ROLLED for the first time! I was one the phone with Ann and headed downstairs to grab some laundry. I set the boys on the floor to hang out together, and when I returned Everett was on his stomach! I quickly took inventory and remembered Levi wasn't home, so Ev must have done this himself! I turned him on his back and he immediately rolled again. He did this three times before I had the sense to grab a camera.

When your boys were reaching 6 months, Andy was turning 29 years old!! They have the most beautiful blue eyes and look SO happy. Feeding time at the Matteson's looks like FUN to me-wait till Levi and Everett start putting their hands in everything--then we will have some GREAT pictures.
Laughing hard about Levi feeling he looks a little bloated. He's so cute. ; )
