FREEDOM

We are ending our term of, at the request of the doctor, being basically quarantined. This is a huge relief, both because we are anxious to leave the house more often with them, but also because we made it through RSV season without any scares.

I found a Snap'n Go stroller at the resale shop in town, so we've been on several walks and even to Target. I cannot even express the excitement I feel having the freedom to take them out and to have the gear needed to make it happen!

They're unhappy about getting ready to go out on their first walk. They have no idea how nice of a nap they're about to take. (Thanks for the adorable sweatshirts, Uncle Geoff!)

Incidentally, Levi's head looks unusually large in that picture. It is on the large side, but assure you it's proportionate, just a bad angle.

In our entry, leaving the house:

Managing their clothing is a bigger job than I anticipated. Not only do I want to have as few pieces around as possible, but knowing when to try the next-sized pieces is really difficult! Sizes vary so greatly from brand to brand, so it's easy to miss using entire outfits. We almost missed wearing these, but I went digging and remembered we had some warm PJs in this size:

Perfect timing for the end of your quarantine--the weather is finally getting nice enough to take them outside! I love the pic of them in their sweatshirts and jeans. They look like tiny little crybaby grownups. :)

Hey Jen-Gotta call you out on your comments about the size of Levi's dome. If I'm not mistaken, when looking at the pic in question, Levi is floating above Ev---right??? Not the best argument for a "proportional" head. BTW, we like to be called symmetrically deprived.

Big head-big brains!! That is what I said about my boys. They could not wear any of the newborn hats we were given!! I love the sweatshirts, but I think MSU needs to be represented. The boys look a little crabby (like Jenn when she was little), but I bet they enjoy their outings with you!! The more you get them fresh air, the more they sleep!! Give Levi and Everett hugs and kisses for me! Love, Betsy

Love the matching Monkey pj's, they look a lot alike in that picture. You have two cute little boys!
