More Week 17

Everett (almost) sitting with Dad's help.

Very common Ev face. He laughs a lot; Levi talks a lot.

A snapshot in time (don't want to forget these details and where else would I write them?): Levi and Everett are both getting their last bottle at 6:45pm. They get 5 bottles a day, and Levi gets an extra at his 4am wakeup. We're starting to wean him from that, though. They also get 2 oz of formula a day made with pear juice to avoid constipation from the soy formula. So far it's a pretty good balance. Signs of fatigue in Levi: He stares, rubs his eyes and face (quite viciously actually), and shakes his head back and forth. He usually cries a couple times and needs shushing to get to sleep. Everett just starts crying, and yet you know he's fed, clean and happy. He sometimes needs a little cuddling before naps, but generally he goes right down with a pacifier and being swaddled (from the chest down). Both take 30 minutes naps like clockwork. Hopefully they'll start to lengthen as they get older!
